Company Description:

Acondicionamiento Tarrasense (LEITAT) is a Technological Centre specialized in production technologies. LEITAT develops R&D activities in the areas of materials sciences, surface treatments, renewable energies, product and process design, advanced manufacturing: AM/3DP and robotics, environment, and biotechnologies with deep knowledge and experience in technological transfers to several industrial sectors. LEITAT takes part each year in many projects financed by the regional and national governments, participates in projects co-funded by the European Commission, and develops private R&D projects funded by industrial partners. LEITAT is recognized by the Spanish Government as a CIT (Centre of Technological Innovation) and is one the 5 Technology Centres that is accredited by the Regional Government of Catalonia.Finally, it is member of FEDIT (Federation of Technological Centres in Spain) and the IT Network of the Catalan Regional Government.


Role and main tasks within the project:

LEITAT will deal with the development of a AI based, in order to provide in first term a tool for scheduling and manage cleaning operation of the PV panel, and secondly, to be used by the cooperative energy system, in terms of efficiency of the energy generators.

LEITAT will develop and end to end system, able to determine using physical and virtual sensor, a system able to measure generated energy, and determine what is the dust & quality level. According to it some advices will be reported to energy management platform and to the cooperative energy manager.
